Step 1
Put spices into pot, slowly dry fry until fragrant (no oil needed).
Step 2
Add water, spring onion, garlic and ginger. Bring to boil.
Step 3
After boil, add 250g FKOW, continue to boil, then turn off the heat and let chill.
Step 4
Clean the crab with a brush.
Step 5
Place the crabs in a pot, belly up. Place a ginger slice in the pot and steam for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Once cooked, add the FKOW sauce mixture. Let it marinate for 24 hours.
