Minced Protein (500g)
Corn Kernels (1 can)
Dumpling Skin (~40 skins)
Spring Onion (2 pcs)
Garlic (3 pcs)
Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Cornstarch (1 tbsp)
Step 1
Wash thoroughly the spring onion and garlic, chop finely.
Step 2
Add FKOW, other seasonings, spring onions and garlic to protein and corn, set overnight.
Step 3
Place 1 tbs of the dumpling filling to the centre of the dumpling skin, dab the edge of the dumpling skin with water.
Step 4
To fold a dumpling, start from the edge and create a wavy shape along the border, press tightly with thumb.
Step 5
On a plate, add a thin layer of oil, then fry the dumplings on the plate. When crispy at the bottom, add water and steam until cooked.
