BOUND X FKOW MUSHROOM DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

Fukien Old Wine  (2 tbsp)

Cabbage (500g)

Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms (100g)

Dumpling Skin (~40 skins)

Spring Onion (2 pcs)

Garlic (3 pcs)

Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)

Sugar (1 tsp)

Cornstarch (1 tbsp)

Instructions

Step 1
Wash vegetables thoroughly. Mince spring onion and garlic, dice the rest.

Step 2
Add oil to a hot pan and stir fry the vegetables till cooked.3. In a hot pan, add oil, then add ingredients.

Step 3
Add FKOW and other seasonings to the pan, fry till fragrant.

Step 4
Place 1 tbs of the dumpling filling to the centre of the dumpling skin, dab the edge of the dumpling skin with water.

Step 5
To fold a dumpling, start from the edge and create a wavy shape along the border, press tightly with thumb.

Step 6
On a plate, add a thin layer of oil, then fry the dumplings on the plate. When crispy at the bottom, add water and steam until cooked.
