Step 1
Pan sear pork ribs, taro and chicken wings.
Step 2
Sauté spring onion, dried shrimps, and mushrooms with FKOW; add lotus seeds and dried scallops to pot.
Step 3
Place Chinese cabbage and king oyster mushrooms at the bottom of the pot. Put chicken wings, taro, pork ribs, garlic, red dates, quail eggs, dried shrimp and abalone into the pot. Pour in some abalone juice from the can if preferred.
Step 4
Add in 1 full bowl (~250mL) of FKOW.
Step 5
Add 300ml chicken stock, then top off with water, stew for 1 hour.
