Precious Highball

Step 1
Add Precious Plum, whiskey, lime juice, and ice to chilled glass.

Step 2
Stir gently with a bar spoon and top with soda water and serve.

❄️ Salt Rim

Before adding anything, run the rim of the glass with lime juice and roll it over into the sea salt.

🌶️ Tajín Rim

‍Instead of pure salt rim, you can also mix it with Mexican Tajín to add a little extra kick.

❇️ Grape Ice

Cut green grapes in halves and freeze in advance. Use as ice blocks and natural sweetener when they melt.

🧚 Shiso Smoke

Torch shiso leaf and add into the highball.
