Step 1
Clean and brush the crabs to remove any dirt or residue.
Step 2
Marinate the crabs with ice, sliced ginger, water and FKOW for 30 mins.
Step 3
Prepare the charcoal stove and put FKOW into a spray for later use.
Step 4
Place crabs when stove is hot. Grill until the heads are heated red, then flip to grill the tail side until the crab tails are lifted.
Step 5
Flip again when deep reddish brown, spray on FKOW and sprinkle on garlic and salt.
Step 6
Use a cooking torch to broil the shell until crisp.
Step 7
Enjoy with vinegar based on personal preference.
