Step 1
Heat steamer.
Step 2
Clean and brush the crabs to remove any residue and dirt.
Step 3
Place the crabs in steamer for around 15 minutes (depending on size).
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine FKOW, soy sauce, white sugar. Mix well.
Step 5
Add oil to pan and heat up. Heat sauce mixture until fragrant, then turn off heat, remove to bowl.
Step 6
Add ginger slices to sauce bowl.
Step 7
Remove crab from steamer once ready. Serve with sauce on the side!
