In celebration of International Women's Day, we teamed up with local bartender Dr. Nic and Bar Manager Lauren Davis for an epic, local twist on the classic cocktails at Soho House Hong Kong.
On the menu we had drinks inspired by classic western cocktails, local legends, Chinese history and even ancient folklore.
Did we mention having the one and only DJ Subez playing us some spicy, hot tracks that night? Surely, this is the kind of female energy we need for IWD.
